 We're Home!

Hey Friends,
Yesterday we finally got home from a 12-day trip and…we’re leaving again tonight! The kids and I went to the laundry-mat yesterday. I had 6 extra large loads of laundry. We’re broke but we’re clean and I didn’t have to spend my 2 days home running the washer and dryer. It’s amazing to me how it seems that we have more clothes getting off the bus than getting on the bus.
We covered a lot of miles over the past 2 weeks starting off in Tulsa, OK, then off to Canada, Michigan, Nashville, Branson, Georgia, South Carolina, then ending in North Carolina. We praise God for showing up in a special way in every service. I learned a long time ago that if the Lord doesn’t show up, then the job doesn’t get done.
We are very grateful and honored to have received 4 SOGOSPEL.COM Awards:

· Fan Favorite Artist of the Year – Karen Peck and New River
· Song of the Year – “I Want to Thank You”
· Progressive Southern Album – “No Worries”
If we never received any kind of accolade, we would still be doing this. I’m so thankful that God called me to sing and has given me the platform to do what I love to do. He has truly given me the desires of my heart.
We want to say a very special congratulation to all of our friends who won Dove Awards last week in Nashville, TN. (Jeff and Sheri Easter, Jason Crabb, The Isaacs, and the Gaither Vocal Band) For the 100th Year Anniversary Celebration the Perry’s, Blackwood Brothers, Crabb Family, Booth Brothers, and Mosie Lister performed. Southern Gospel was represented very well during the show.
Be sure to check our schedule and make plans to come see us! Remember, next week is Jeff and Sheri Easter’s homecoming in Lincolnton, GA. Jason Crabb will be there on Friday and we will be there on Saturday.
