Hey Friends,
We’re finally back from the cruise. It was very chilly in the Bahamas , but we still had a nice time. So far Susan and I have remained well, but our families have been battling colds.
While we were away, we got the good news that our song “Why Can’t All God’s Children Get Along” is nominated for a Dove Award and I am nominated in the Female Vocalist category, where did that come from??? I am very honored and excited! “Why Can’t All God’s Children” also went to #2 on the Southern Gospel Music Charts. Congratulations to our friends, Jeff and Sheri Easter, for going to #1! Thank you to all of the DJs for playing our music, and to each of you for calling in to your local radio stations and requesting it!
Last Sunday we were privileged to perform at Atlanta First Baptist Church. Dr. Charles Stanley was absolutely precious to us. He definitely has a pastor’s heart. This weekend we will start off in Owensboro, KY with Frank Arnold (which is always a great concert). On Saturday we will be Pound, VA for Harding’s Family Homecoming. Be sure to check our schedule and come see us!
